Setup of Firm Admin Profile

Step 1 — Choose Your Plan

Go to: https://test.fetchhq.net/pricing

1. Review the three subscription options:

   • Basic — 1–3 users — $75/user

   • Premium — 4–44 users — $60/user

   • Deluxe — 45+ users — $50/user

2. Click the BUY NOW button for your chosen plan.

Step 2 — Create Your Profile

Before setting up your firm, you’ll need to create your Fetch HQ user profile:

1. Enter your first name and last name.

2. Provide your email address (this will be your login).

3. Set a secure password.

4. Agree to the terms & privacy policy, then click Continue.
    

Step 3 — Set Up Your Firm

After your profile is created, you’ll be guided through the Firm Setup Wizard:

1. Enter your firm name and contact information.

2. Assign yourself (or another user) as Firm Admin.

3. Adjust your initial firm settings.
   
    

Step 4 — Secure Billing & Free Trial

• You’ll be redirected to Stripe for secure payment setup.

• Add your payment details — your 90-day free trial starts immediately.

• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charge.

Step 5 — Access Your Fetch HQ Portal

Once everything is complete, you’ll land on your Portal, where you can:

• View your account details

• Review firm and billing settings.

• Manage the subscription

• Grant & remove users access 

• Add and remove Xero connections

• Access the Excel Addin
